State-of-the-art physical vapour deposition technologies enable us to produce very precise and accurate multilayer mirrors. In the field of X-ray optics, multilayer mirrors are competitive elements to improve the performance of complete X-ray optical systems by collimation, beam shaping, beam guidance and monochromatization.
