The recycled alloy showed a lower friction coefficient and a lower wear rate when compared to the conventional alloy. A higher hardness and a relatively higher volume fraction of ß- phase with a denser distribution near to the surface were the reasons for the improved wear behaviour.}, note = {Online available at: \url{https://doi.org/10.1016/j.matchar.2009.01.014} (DOI).
